  • Fees: Shed Weight Loss LLC does not charge for text messages; however, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Site (e.g., appointment reminders, program updates, wellness information, and general service notifications).

Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you opt-out, you may receive one additional message confirming your decision to unsubscribe. 2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & SERVICES

Shed Weight Loss LLC is not a medical clinic and does not provide medical advice. * Third-Party Providers: All clinical services, lab reviews, and prescriptions are provided by independent third-party medical practitioners and healthcare groups.

  • Third-Party Provider: At SHED Weight Loss, clinical oversight is provided by Leslie Zaharewicz, APRN, FNP-C, a Texas licensed clinician with an extensive tenure in patient care. Leslie’s dual expertise in functional medicine and patient safety ensures that our programs go beyond surface-level weight loss.

  • No Relationship: A patient/provider relationship is not formed by chatting, filling out a form, or browsing this Site. A relationship is only established directly between you and the assigned medical professional after a formal consultation.

  • No Guarantee of Prescription: No prescription for medication will be provided unless a clinical need exists based on required lab work, physician consultation, physical examination, and medical history. Agreeing to a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”) and the trademarks and logos (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us.
